Order & Payment

Please note that you must create a Lystale account at the time of your purchase to be able to check the status of your order. If you choose to order without creating an account, you will need to contact me to find out the status of your order.

Whether you have an account or not, I will notify you of the progress of your order via e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment on the carrier’s website.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Lystale jewelry, your jewelry is made only after your order is placed. Manufacturing will take between 1 to 2 weeks (save in exceptional cases for which you will be notified in advance). Please keep in mind that this timeframe does not include shipping times.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, or at the following e-mail address: orders@lystale.com to find out if this is possible.

I am not able to guarantee that your order can be modified or canceled after its validation. Orders that have already been prepared cannot be modified or cancelled.

You can return your jewelry according to the terms of our conditions of sale.

Payments are accepted by Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

All prices are displayed by default in euros (€). If you use a currency other than the euro, you can change the currency displayed by clicking on the currency of your choice at the very bottom of this page. 

Your order is shipped from France. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees. In addition, Lystale cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

I do not currently have a store. All orders must be placed on the Lystale.com website.

All orders are beautifully packaged in a Lystale jewelry box. You will receive with your jewel a few complimentary items : a care instruction flyer, a small cloth that can be used to revive the shine of your jewelry, and a small card with a handwritten thank you note.

The artwork printed on the card is one of my creations.

In addition, I want to inform you that your jewelry will be delivered in a discreet and secure parcel, which does not bear the mention of the brand or the content of the box.

You can absolutly accompany your purchase with a personalized, hand-written message on a specially designed card. For this, please write your message in its entirety, in the “order notes” section when validating the addresses of your order, specifying that it is for a personalized note.

If you have not completed the section during your order, you can contact me as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, or at the following email address : orders@lystale.com.

For insurance and/or customs clearance purposes, if your package is shipped outside France, I am obliged to include the invoice of your order in the package. I therefore advise you to receive the package yourself.

That being said, I can prepare a gift box placed within your parcel that will be ready to be offered to the reccipient of the gift. Your loved one will be able to enjoy to the fullest the Lystale brand.

Do not hesitate to specify what you want in the “order notes” section during the validation of your order, and I will oblige to the best of my capabilities.
