For shipments in France, all orders are sent by Colissimo with signature or Colissimo Relais.

For international shipments, all orders are sent by Colissimo with signature or Colissimo expert and transferred to the postal services of your country, once the French border has been crossed.

In any case, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information to follow the shipment process on the carrier’s website.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Lystale jewelry, your jewelry is made only after your order is placed. Manufacturing will take between 1 to 2 weeks (save in exceptional cases for which you will be notified in advance). Please keep in mind that this timeframe does not include shipping times.

As an indication, the delivery times, provided by the french postal service, according to the destination of the package are as follows :

  • France and Monaco: 2 days ;
  • Europe: 3 to 4 days ;
  • Elsewhere in the world: between 5 and 9 days.

Please note that some countries are still subject to delivery delays due to the current situation which are beyond Lystale’s scope of action.

Shipping is free for all countries. 

Your order is shipped from France. For deliveries made outside the European Union, import taxes or customs fees may be applicable for which you are responsible.

Due to the handcrafted nature of Lystale jewelry, your jewelry is made only after your order is placed. In order to ensure the highest level of quality, the manufacturing of your jewelry will take between 1 to 2 weeks maximum.

Please keep in mind that this timeframe does not include shipping times.

For insurance and/or customs clearance purposes, a shipment cannot be of a single order with multiple items to multiple addresses.

If you want to have the jewelry in your order delivered to more than one address, it’s better that you place separate orders. In any case, shipping is free.

Because it may not be possible to ship jewelry to all countries, according to local import laws, you may be blocked from ordering from Lystale. The list of countries where it is possible to ship your order, and setup to accept orders on Lystale.com respects the guidelines of the French post (available on this link).

Unfortunately, it is difficult to inform you about import taxes or customs fees, as they depend on your country and the rules in place at the time of your order. For further information, contact your local customs services of your country before placing an order.

If, despite the care I took to secure your parcel, your jewelry has arrived damaged, you have 7 days to notify me of the damage at the following e-mail address : reclamation@lystale.com.

I will ask you for visual evidence, so don’t forget to take photos of the damaged parcel as well as the broken jewelry.

Each situation will be studied on a case-by-case basis if your complaint meets the conditions.

If your parcel is never delivered to you, or if it is lost and the tracking data on the carrier’s website reflects this status, I will try to assist you as much as possible even if I have no responsibility for packages in transit.

Do not hesitate to contact me by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, or at the following email address: orders@lystale.com with all the details of your order and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the event that your parcel is sent back to me (for example, if the address is incorrect or insufficient, if you have refused the parcel, if the parcel is damaged, etc.), please contact me as soon as possible so that I can investigate the problem, each case being treated individually.
