I am proud to propose rings for all finger sizes, small and large. As all the jewelry is made to order, if you cannot find your size in the drop-down menu, do not hesitate to request it in the “order notes” section during the validation of your basket, or send me the request by e-mail at orders@lystale.com.
Each necklace is offered in several sizes. If, despite the choices available, you want to add length to your chain, do not hesitate to request it in the “order notes” section during the validation of your basket, or send me the request by e-mail at orders@lystale.com.
You can choose on most pieces, the stone you want. I offer a limited amount of choices, according to the stones that I have available at the time. If you want another stone that is not presented, send me the request by e-mail at orders@lystale.com, and I’ll try and accommodate you to the best of my abilities.
Most of the pieces can be resized if technically feasible. Each resizing is studied on a case by case basis. Lystale offers you only one resizing per piece of jewelry, however the return shipping costs are at your charge. I advise you to pay attention to the size you give me. Please contact me by replying to your order confirmation email, or by emailing orders@lystale.com with all the details of your order, within 30 days of placing your order so that I can advise you on how to proceed.
A second resizing is possible if technically feasible, but you will be charged for this service.
I do my utmost to ensure that the quality of the jewelry is of the highest quality, so that you can keep it for as long as possible, if not generations. However, I am not immune to errors, which is why I offer you a two years warranty against hidden defects. Please note that I distinguish between two cases :
- If it is an error on my part, I will take care of the repair and return of the jewelry, either after having repaired it or reworked it ;
- If it is a lack of maintenance or negligence on the part of the customer, I can repair the jewelry or rework it, but the repair will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
