At this stage of the development of Lystale, I do not accept exchanges.

I accept returns under the following conditions :

• The jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn ;
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Earrings are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons (unless the wire can be replaced)
• The jewelry must be returned in its original case ;
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the jewelry.

If your return request meets the conditions listed in the previous question (Are returns accepted ?), then here are the steps to follow :

• – Fill in the following form : download the form ;
• – Send it by e-mail to the following address : reclamation@lystale.com ;
• – Send back your jewelry in its original box with the return receipt that you will have received by e-mail, to the address on the form. Do not send it back without the return receipt. 
• – Note that you are responsible for the safe return of the jewelry, so please ensure that it is well protected, as any damage may invalidate your claim. In addition, you are responsible for the return shipping costs ;
• – After receiving your package in my workshop, a mandatory quality control will be performed before your refund can be approved ;
• – The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of ordering and will take up to 14 days.

The same conditions as for a normal return apply if you wish to return a gift. However, the refund will go to the buyer.
