Please note that each piece is made to order and shipping within the EU typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while international orders may take 7 to 12 business days.

To ensure delivery by Christmas, please order by :

  • International : December 5th
  • EU : December 9th
  • France : December 13th

Also, while I offer free shipping worldwide, customs fee might be applicable, independent from my will.

Warranties & Authenticity

In France, there are two distinct hallmarks that certify the quality and origin of a precious metal jewelry. These hallmarks are strictly regulated by the French administration :

  • The Master hallmark : affixed to all Lystale jewelry, it certifies that your jewelry has been manufactured in my workshop, by me, and that my quality charter has been respected. This diamond-shaped hallmark is unique to each jeweller, mine contains my initials, MM, and a quill and ink bottle that I designed. My Master hallmark is registered to the French administration ;
  • The State hallmark : it certifies that the gold, silver or platinum of your jewel is 750 thousandths, 925 thousandths or 950 thousandths. According to the legislation, it is affixed to all gold jewelry weighing more than 3 grams, and to all silver jewelry weighing more than 30 grams. Therefore, some of my jewelry may not bear the State hallmark.
 

Any other hallmark, notably the “.925” hallmark often found on silver jewelry, has no value in France. They can be affixed to jewelry without any regulation, and can thus deceive you about the quality of your jewelry. I will stamp it on most of my pieces as it is industry standards but the only marks that has any value in France are the Master and State hallmarks.

I do our utmost to ensure that the quality of the jewelry is of the highest quality, so that you can keep it for as long as possible. However, I am not immune to errors, which is why I offer you a two years warranty against hidden defects. Please note that I distinguish between two cases :

  • If it is an error on my part, I will take care of the repair and return of the jewelry, either after having repaired it or reworked it ;
  • If it is a lack of maintenance or negligence on the part of the customer, I can repair the jewelry or rework it, but the repair will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
